Everything you need to go from a blank store to a running product engine — tutorials, screen guides and answers.

Quickstart — your first product in 10 minutes

Your first product in 10 minutes

From an empty workspace to a live, sellable Etsy listing — with fulfillment already wired up. Here's the whole journey.

Before you start (2 minutes)

1. Connect your Etsy shop. Go to Settings and click Connect Etsy. You'll approve DSPX in Etsy's own window — takes about 30 seconds. Already have a shop? You're connected instantly. New to Etsy? The setup guide walks you through opening one step by step.

2. Connect AliExpress (for fulfillment). Still in Settings, click Connect AliExpress. Product research runs on DSPX, but orders are placed and paid from your own account — so this connection is what lets sales ship themselves later. You can skip this now and come back before your first sale.

That's the setup. The Get started checklist on your Overview tracks these steps and checks itself off as you go.

Find your product (3 minutes)

3. Open Market Intelligence. Click Market Intelligence in the sidebar. This is live Etsy data — real listings, real prices, real demand signals.

4. Pick a lane. Use Browse to explore what's selling, or Keywords to see the real tags winning listings use. Look for products with a healthy demand signal and a price you can beat or match with room for margin.

Don't overthink it. Your first product is about learning the flow — you can launch ten more this week.

Build the listing (4 minutes)

5. Start it in the Studio. Found something? Send it to the Studio — or go to Studio directly and use From a link: paste an AliExpress product URL and DSPX reads everything automatically — live price, photos, and variants included.

6. Let DSPX generate the listing. Hit Start and watch it build: a search-optimized title, a description written from the actual product photos, a full tag set, a 20-photo gallery with variant images placed first, and pricing with your margin built in. If you've uploaded a brand kit in Settings, the copy automatically matches your store's voice.

7. Review — you're the approval gate. Nothing publishes without you. Read the title, skim the description, check the price. Edit anything inline. This human check is a feature, not a formality — it's your shop.

Go live (1 minute)

8. Publish to Etsy. Click publish. The listing goes live on your actual Etsy shop — photos, variants, price and stock, all set. Open it on Etsy and admire it. That's a real product, live to millions of buyers.

9. Wire up fulfillment (30 seconds, do it now). In Orders → Fulfillment, bind your new listing to its supplier product. Once. From then on, every sale auto-prepares the supplier order with the buyer's address filled in, and tracking flows back to Etsy automatically when it ships.

What happens when it sells

The order appears in Orders with your real earnings calculated — after fees, to the cent. The supplier order is prepared for you; confirm it, and DSPX handles the rest: tracking goes to Etsy, the buyer gets notified, and Finance logs your actual profit.

You're done — now scale

One product took 10 minutes. The Pipeline runs the whole flow — research to fulfillment — in a single run, and you can have several going at once. Launch a run tonight, review the drafts over coffee tomorrow, and approve the ones you like.

Welcome to DSPX. Your shop just got a team.

Screen guides

Every screen, explained the way you use it. The same guides are available inside the app — click the ? button any time.

Overview

Overview is your daily starting point. The four tiles at the top answer the morning questions: how many orders came in over the last 24 hours, what the last 7 days earned, roughly what's left after Etsy's fees, and how many things are waiting on you — orders to ship plus listing drafts to review.

Needs your approval is the heart of the screen. DSPX never publishes anything on its own; every generated listing waits here until you review it. Click Review to open the draft, check the title, photos and price, and publish when you're happy.

Recent orders shows your latest sales with the after-fee amount already calculated, so you always see real earnings, not gross numbers. On the right, the 7-day earnings card and usage card keep costs visible.

When you're new, a Get started checklist sits at the top and tracks itself — it disappears once you're fully set up.

Pipeline

The Pipeline runs a product's entire journey in one flow: Research → Match → Listing → Etsy → Fulfillment. Click + New run, give it a keyword or niche, and DSPX takes it stage by stage — finding demand, matching a supplier product, generating the complete listing, and preparing it for sale.

Runs appear in the left column so you can have several going at once; click any run to see exactly where it stands. Each stage shows its live status, and nothing is hidden: if a stage hits a problem, you'll see the error, not a spinner.

The most important stage is the approval gate. When a listing draft is ready, the run pauses and waits for you. Review the title, description, tags, photos and pricing — edit anything you like — then approve to publish to Etsy. Once live, the run connects the listing to fulfillment automatically, so future orders for it ship themselves.

Think of it as your assembly line: you supply the idea and the final yes; DSPX does the miles in between.

Studio

The Studio is where individual products become finished Etsy listings. Pick a starting point at the top:

From there, DSPX generates everything a strong listing needs: a search-friendly title, a description written from the actual product photos, tags, a full 20-photo gallery with variant images placed first, and pricing with your margin built in.

Nothing is published until you approve it — that's the listing approval gate. Review, tweak anything inline, then push to Etsy. If you've connected a Shopify store, the same approved listing can be pushed there with one click, identical photos, variants and price.

Market Intelligence (Discover)

Market Intelligence is your window into what's actually happening on Etsy right now — real listings, real shops, real prices, continuously refreshed. No made-up search volumes, no recycled guru lists.

The hub is organized into tabs. Targets tracks the niches and shops you're watching. Browse lets you explore the market pool by category, price and demand signals. Shops profiles sellers so you can study who's winning and how. Listings drills into individual products — pricing, tags, and how they present. Keywords mines real tags from live listings into keyword ideas you can use in your own titles. Flow shows movement — what's rising and newly active.

A note on honesty: Etsy doesn't publish search volume, so DSPX never invents it. Instead you'll see a labeled Demand signal built from observable market activity — a truthful compass rather than a fake speedometer.

Found something promising? Send it straight into the Studio or a Pipeline run and go from insight to listing in minutes.

Orders & Fulfillment

This screen handles everything from "cha-ching" to "delivered," in two tabs.

Orders lists every sale with the honest math done for you: what the buyer paid, Etsy's fees, and your actual earnings — matched to the cent with what Etsy reports. Each order shows its state at a glance: awaiting payment, ready to ship, or shipped. Where DSPX knows the supplier cost for a listing, your true profit per order appears automatically.

Fulfillment is where orders get shipped without the copy-paste grind. Bind a listing to its supplier product once, and every future order for it is prepared automatically — the buyer's address transfers straight into the supplier order placed from your own account. When the supplier ships, the tracking number flows back to Etsy on its own, marking the order shipped and notifying your buyer.

Your job shrinks to a quick confirmation. The screen always tells you what, if anything, needs your attention.

Finance

Finance shows the number that matters: what you actually keep. It reconciles your orders against Etsy's own payout math — transaction fees, payment processing, regulatory fees, and sales tax handling — so the earnings you see here match Etsy's "order earnings" to the cent, not a rough estimate.

Use the period switcher to view today, this week, this month, or a custom range. KPI tiles summarize revenue, fees, product costs and net profit for the selected period; below, the detail rows let you trace any total back to individual orders.

Where a product's supplier cost is known, it's joined to each order automatically, so profit figures include what you paid for the goods — not just Etsy's cut. Listing fees, which Etsy bills separately, are handled separately here too, keeping the per-order math clean.

If a number ever looks off, click into the period and check the order rows — every figure on this screen is traceable to a real transaction.

Analytics

Analytics tells you how your shop is performing and what to fix, in three tabs.

Performance covers the big picture: views, visits, conversion and revenue trends over time, so you can see whether your shop is growing and which days or products drive it.

Listings & Stock is your listing health board. Every active listing appears with its status, stock level and recent movement — spot listings running low, listings that went quiet, and inventory that needs a top-up before it costs you sales.

SEO grades each listing the way Etsy search sees it: title strength, tag coverage and description quality, with concrete suggestions for what to change. Work through the weakest listings first — small SEO fixes on existing listings are often the fastest revenue win available.

Check in weekly: let Performance tell you what's working, Listings & Stock keep the shelves full, and SEO sharpen whatever lags behind.

Shopify

The Shopify screen is the bridge between your Etsy catalog and your own Shopify store. Connect your store once through the official DSPX app — you approve the connection in your own Shopify admin, and only your store is linked; nothing is shared.

Once connected, every approved Etsy listing can be pushed to Shopify with one click — same title, description, photos, variants and price, rebuilt natively as a Shopify product. No CSV exports, no re-uploading images, no retyping variants.

The screen tracks every push: which listings are live on Shopify, which are Etsy-only, and the status of each transfer. If a push fails, you'll see the reason clearly and can retry.

This turns Shopify into a second storefront for zero extra work — build your catalog once in DSPX, sell in both places. Connection management (and disconnecting) lives in Settings → Shopify store whenever you need it.

Team

The Team screen controls who can access this workspace. Invite teammates by email, and each person gets their own login — no shared passwords, ever.

Every member's access is scoped to this workspace only: they see this shop's products, orders and reports, and nothing from any other workspace or shop. That makes it safe to bring in a virtual assistant for order handling or a partner for product research without exposing anything else.

From the list you can see each member's status, adjust their access, or remove someone instantly — removal takes effect immediately and their session ends. Seats are part of your membership plan; if you hit your seat limit, you'll see it here with a clear path to add more.

Good practice: give people the minimum access their job needs, review the member list occasionally, and remove anyone who no longer works with you the day they stop.

Settings

Settings is the engine room — everything that powers the rest of the app is configured here, organized into cards.

Connections come first: Etsy (required — the whole platform runs on it), AliExpress for fulfillment (orders are placed and paid from your own account), Pinterest, and Shopify. Each card shows live connection status read from the server, with one-click connect or reconnect.

Membership & billing shows your plan. Free workspaces can connect a shop and explore market data; a membership unlocks listing automation, orders and fulfillment.

Brand kit is worth setting up early: upload a single file describing your store's identity — name, voice, style rules — and every generated listing follows it automatically. One click applies it to your live Etsy shop too. Shop branding generates your icon and cover banner at Etsy's exact specs.

Further down: AI presets that shape listing defaults, live usage and estimated costs, and safety tools like operation recovery and compliance reminders — advisors that flag issues but never block you.
