Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Peak Ventures LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company that operates the DSPX service ("DSPX", "we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when a seller uses our dashboard, including data we access on your behalf through the Etsy and Pinterest APIs.
Who we are
Peak Ventures LLC, 1209 Mountain Rd Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. For any privacy request, contact privacy@dspx.pro.
Information we handle
- Account details you provide to create and use your DSPX workspace (such as username and authentication data).
- Connected Etsy shop data — accessed only with the access you explicitly grant through Etsy's official OAuth: your shop profile, listings, orders, the buyer shipping details needed to fulfill your own orders, and fee/financial figures.
- Pinterest data — accessed through Pinterest's official API with your authorization: aggregated trend and search-interest signals and public content used to surface market and demand insights. We do not post to your Pinterest account or take actions on your behalf without your explicit request.
- Supplier/sourcing data — public product and pricing information from supplier sources (such as AliExpress) used to match and cost products you research.
- Content you generate — product descriptions, titles, images and video you create in DSPX, and the source product data used to generate them.
- Technical data — request, device and error information needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
- To provide the features you use: research demand, match suppliers, generate listing content, publish drafts you approve, process your orders, calculate your finances, and sync shipping and tracking.
- To surface market intelligence (aggregated, sampled marketplace and trend signals). We label demand proxies honestly and never present them as guaranteed sales.
- To provide support, secure the service, and improve it.
- To meet legal, tax and marketplace obligations.
AI processing
To generate listing text, images and video, DSPX sends the relevant product data you provide or connect to a third-party AI provider (Google, via the Gemini and Veo APIs). This data is processed to return the generated content and is not used by us to build advertising profiles.
How we access your connected accounts
We connect to Etsy and Pinterest using their official, approved authorization methods and only the access you explicitly grant. We never ask for your marketplace or Pinterest password. You can revoke our access at any time from your Etsy or Pinterest account settings, which stops DSPX from accessing that account's data. Our use of information received from these APIs adheres to each provider's developer terms and policies, including the Etsy API Terms of Use and the Pinterest Developer Guidelines.
Analytics & cookies
Our public marketing pages (not the signed-in dashboard) use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic — which pages are visited and where visitors come from. Analytics is loaded only after you accept the cookie notice; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected. We configure Google Analytics with IP anonymization and with advertising/personalization signals turned off, so it is used for traffic measurement only, never for ad targeting. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Sharing
We share data only with the infrastructure and processing providers required to run the service — for example, Google Cloud / Firebase for secure hosting and data storage (United States), Google Analytics for aggregate site-traffic measurement on our marketing pages (subject to your consent, above), and Google's AI APIs for content generation — and only as needed to provide DSPX. We do not sell your personal information or your customers' information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
Data location & security
DSPX stores data with hosting providers located in the United States. Marketplace and Pinterest credentials are encrypted, handled server-side, and are not returned to the browser after connection. We use access controls, tenant isolation and infrastructure safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access; no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Data retention
We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting requirements. When you disconnect an account or close your workspace, we delete or de-identify the associated connected-account data within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law and marketplace policies, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. To make a request, email privacy@dspx.pro. We will verify your request and respond within the period required by applicable law.
Children
DSPX is a business tool intended for users who are at least 18 years old. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy; we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be communicated through the service. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
